Leave the party your with.

People who declare themselves to be strictly Republican or Democrat annoy me. How close minded do you have to be to marry yourself to one party blindly? It is my view that people who think for themselves have views that weave through both parties. Anyone who says all their views are in line with a political party, I have to wonder is this person smart enough to think for themselves or do they think that they have to agree with everything the party stands for. Call me crazy but to me neither party is as important as the United States itself. America is a land of different views it has been on of our strengths since our founding. To allow yourself to become a mindless follower of a political view point is Un-American and simply dangerous to a free society.

I am tired of politics

I used to watch the news keep up with what the candidates are doing and saying, I thought it was what a voter should do. Unfortunately I have gotten to the point were all I see is people feeding us their BS in order to make it till next election. Our government has become so political that governance has taken a back seat or has been forced out of the car all together. We have seen this when ever something important comes up they tell us they will work together than one party or the other storms out of negotiations like a child at the same time both parties run to the mass media to point the finger. Both trying to use these vital issues to gain support for there party. I understand that when something gets accomplished both parties will try to claim a victory or take credit, that I don't mind, it means something has been completed. When they spend more time with the press telling them how the other side won't negotiate with them instead of trying to keep the debate going it is simply annoying and weakens our country. We the people need to continue to vote out any and all politicians regardless of party affiliation that put there career over the American peoples will.
